Refund Policy

If a customer presents a return with a receipt that shows the original sale was made on a credit card, credit must be issued to the original credit card. We cannot return the sale as cash. Refunds cannot be applied to customized items or special order items. 

Customer will deliver original purchase by shipping method of their choice. All shipping costs will be paid for by customer unless an error was made on part of the store. 

REFUNDING SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping and handling charges placed for online orders.
